In India , a large population is under the curse of leprosy, the condition of the leprosy ?cured persons
beggars’ description. In fact, advancement in the medical sciences has brought in miracles, globalisation
has given a warm call to greater humanity, enlightenment has reduced discriminations of caste, creed,
colour and class – but leprosy victims of this country are yet in the primitive darkness and following the
millennium old flux this are yet the outskirts sans any sympathy or minimum support of survival, the
fundamental right of human being even a ‘freckled whelp hagborn’.
